Orders must be received no later than the 25 th of each month, or by the 21st if a holiday falls within the last 7 days of the month. Otherwise, they will be processed for the following month. MTA is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen passes. Passes will not be refunded or replaced.

Help Stop Fraud in State Government

The Maryland General Assembly’s Office of Legislative Audits operates a toll-free fraud hotline to receive allegations of fraud and/or abuse of State government resources. Information reported to the hotline in the past has helped to eliminate certain fraudulent activities and protect State resources.
